We've got some great news if you've been thinking about joining our AI++ 101: Build an AI Coding Assistant in C++ workshop.

For a limited time, we've reduced the standard ticket price from Β£345 to just Β£245 β€” a saving of Β£100 ($130).

Even better, this workshop has been scheduled specifically to make it easier for developers in North America to attend, running during a full working day on the US West Coast.

Whether you're curious about AI, looking to understand how today's coding assistants work, or simply want to gain practical experience building AI-powered applications in modern C++, there's never been a better time to join us.

About The Workshop

Learn How AI Coding Assistants Really Work

AI coding assistants are rapidly becoming an essential part of software development. But while millions of developers use tools like Claude Code and Cursor every day, relatively few understand what is actually happening behind the scenes.

In this one-day workshop you'll change that.

Rather than treating AI as a black box, you'll build a complete AI coding harness in C++. Starting from scratch, you'll create an application that communicates with an LLM, defines and executes tools, and implements the same agentic loop used by today's AI coding assistants.

Then you'll take things a step further by using your own application to modify and extend its own C++ source code.

By the end of the day you'll not only have a working AI coding assistant, but also the knowledge and confidence to build on those ideas in your own projects.

A Practical, Hands-on Workshop

This isn't a course about prompt engineering or simply using existing AI tools.

It's about understanding the technology by building it yourself.

Many C++ developers remember implementing a toy compiler at university. It wasn't production ready, but it gave a deep understanding of how compilers work.

AI++ 101 follows the same philosophy. By building a simple but complete AI coding assistant, you'll gain an intuition for how these systems operate that you simply can't get by using them alone.

Learn from Jody Hagins

The workshop is led by Jody Hagins, whose career spans more than 35 years of systems programming, from Unix kernel development to high-frequency trading.

Jody combines decades of C++ experience with a practical, engineering-first approach to modern AI, helping developers cut through the hype and understand the technology that is reshaping software development.
